4ocean Foundation is independently audited on an annual basis by BDO, one of the world's largest and most respected accounting networks. Our audit covers financial statements, internal controls, and operational compliance — giving donors and partners a verified, third-party view of how contributions are managed.

We have completed our first full financial and governance audit for our inaugural year of philanthropic operations. Our second audit, covering calendar year 2025, is expected to be delivered by BDO in September 2026.

The vast majority of every dollar donated goes directly to program operations — cleanup crews, vessel operations, river boom maintenance, and education campaigns. Allocation targets are guided by our commitment to maximum mission impact.
